Job Summary:
Responsible for providing project planning and management for established initiatives within the company. Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying and documenting business requirements; and ensuring that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget.
About the role:
This position is responsible for supporting the vision and use of work management, resource management and execution management tools and driving increased user adoption through the introduction of continuous improvements within the toolset. Candidates should have experience in building and administering complex, high-quality environments in support of IT and Business operations. Candidates should have experience using agile methodologies at the team level and at scale.
This position will also be responsible for configuring and managing repositories and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines and configuration management through infrastructure as code in the Cloud and potentially on-premises.
Candidates should possess an understanding of software configuration management, build, deployment and release management, application lifecycle management, infrastructure, and DevOps tools and processes. In addition, this role will provide hands-on guidance to agile teams.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in managing multiple information systems projects
- Experience in an agile / scrum environment
- Proven track record of managing a cross-functional process or delivery team in a large enterprise environment.
- Proficient knowledge of Agile/DevOps/Program Mgmt. Lifecycle methodologies and standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
- Knowledge and experience using PPM tools, Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio.
Additional responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for technical processes and projects
- Analyze and document requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports
- Conduct risk analysis and monitor the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets
- Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams
- Responsible for preparation of formal management reports, status updates and presentations on projects
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
- Perform other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience plus five (5) years’ relevant experience in project and process planning and management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Knowledge of cross functional departmental processes preferred
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to effectively lead multiple projects
- Strong organizational, time management, interpersonal skills with ability to effectively multi-task
- Comprehensive computer skills using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Business Objects
- Comprehensive presentation, verbal and written communication skills

Colorado, Nevada, Connecticut, New York, California, Rhode Island and Washington Residents Only – Compensation: Monthly Salary: $9,000.00 – $14,063.00.
