Job responsibilities:
- Based on Client requirement, compute the renewal rate and cost baseline for Cisco products using CCW-R portal
- Work closely with the SDMs for active maintenance accounts renewal – formulate costing and sizing
- Optimize, evaluate options and strategy to support sales/ pre-sales for maintenance new win:
- Own sparing
- B2B
- Work with third party maintainer on EOSL products and best effort SLA
- Work with OEM to resolve compliance hold issue, lapse fees, etc
- License renewal
- Liaise with the multi-vendor product supplier to fulfil the required maintenance SLAs and operational needs.
- Sparing ratio, management and replenishment planning
Job requirements:
- Experience with the maintenance renewal business
- Ability to communicate the requirement with internal/ external stakeholders in a multivendor environment
- Familiar with Cisco portal
- Fundamental knowledge of the enterprise product knowledge is required
- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite of products especially Excel is required
- Prior working experience in a SI environment preferred
