Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation: Lead efforts to achieve ST Engineering Info-Security Pte Ltd’s revenue targets for FY23. Develop and execute channel programs with focus vendors in the Government, Enterprise, and Commercial sectors. Drive profitability through strategic partnerships and collaborative initiatives.
- Customer and Vendor Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams to establish a customer engagement model that ensures exceptional customer experiences. Foster strong relationships with focus vendors, assisting in establishing a vendor engagement framework. Conduct business reviews and quarterly QBRs to drive alignment and mutual success.
- Agile Project and Tender Support: Refine existing processes to support agile project and bulk tender requirements. Streamline onboarding, training, and certification processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery. Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Go-to-Market Planning: Conduct GTM planning and quota setting in collaboration with focus vendors. Develop comprehensive strategies to penetrate target markets and drive market share growth. Monitor partner program status and compliance to maximize partner performance.
- Contract Management: Track contracts and legal obligations with focus vendors. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions. Proactively manage contract renewals and extensions.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage key relationships with focus vendors. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, and product teams, to drive growth and support joint initiatives. Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and effective execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, or technology) is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving growth through strategic alliances, preferably in the information security industry.
- Strong understanding of the Government, Enterprise, and Commercial sectors, including key market trends and customer dynamics.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Demonstrated business acumen and analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate strategies, plans, and results to stakeholders at all levels.
