HR Ops Administration for NHG Cluster Healthcare Leadership (CHL)
- Assist GCHRO in the delivery of HR Ops Administrative services for CHLs across all NHG institutions. Lead and manage the provision of the services:
- Proactively analyse and identify HR issues, recommend solutions and seek buy-in and support from GCEO, CEOs and Staff Chief
- Operationalise HR strategies and initiatives from MOH/MOHH and Group HR
- Support in providing strategic business partnership support to senior management which can include preparing and monitoring appointments for Senior Management (which includes GCHRO, GCEO, Board Members, Board Chairman and MOH/H).
- Lead and manage execution of HR cyclical activities such as annual performance management, nominations for internal and external recognition awards, etc.
- Lead and deliver HR services to a select group of senior staff in an efficient and effective manner, by collaborating with Group HR functions and other key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance of HR practices with the employment law/regulations and Group Policies;
- Communicate HR policies and practices and gather ground feedback for continuous improvement;
- Identify opportunities and set directions for continuous improvements on the effectiveness and efficiency of HR service delivery;
- Support in the nomination, shortlisting, ranking of candidates for recognition awards at HQ and prepare the necessary write-ups; and
- Collaborate with both internal and external partners to address issues and ensure delivery of quality service.
- Assist GCHRO in Board matters including preparation of Board papers and implementation.
- Perform the assigned roles for NHG Group and NHG Headquarters and/or NHG projects as and when necessary
- General C&B
- Lead and manage C&B projects from end-to-end, including conceptualisation, simulations, implementation strategies, communications and change management
- Research and analyse information on compensation statistics, market sentiments and economic indicators to support C&B strategies and initiatives
- Keep abreast of local C&B best practices and legislative changes to ensure compliance
- Review of Group HR policies and HR information systems to ensure alignment with changes to C&B programmes
- Perform job evaluations and job levelling exercises
