JOB SUMMARY
You will create and increase brand awareness for selected TTSH services through channel development and engagement activities.
You will be the Account Manager for a portfolio of clients for the hospital’s range of services especially in wellness and preventive healthcare. Your role will be to service existing accounts, build relationship with key decision makers to ensure continued business. You will also be involved in partnership engagement activities from conceptualization to execution.
Part of your role is on channel development where you will also identify new business segments to expand the portfolio of clients. Internally, you will work closely with various hospital business units/Head of Departments to understand their business needs, identify and source for opportunities to grow their businesses/units. You will also be responsible for collating statistics for reporting purposes, information gathering and conduting market research when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
- Degree in Business or healthcare-related disciplines preferred but not mandatory
EXPERIENCE
- Some experience in account servicing or marketing, ideally in the healthcare sector
OTHER ATTRIBUTES
- Customer-oriented with excellent relationship building skills with both internal and external partners
- Meticulous and analytical
- Good financial knowledge, in analysis of profitability of accounts and making recommendations on pricing
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
- An effective team player who can work well with stakeholders of all levels of staff (including senior management) and across functions or departments
- Resourceful, self-driven and results-driven
