Job Purpose
The Singapore public healthcare sector is implementing a new Billing Transformation (BT) system to be rolled out across public hospitals and institutions from year 2023 over 3-4 years. The National Healthcare Group (NHG) is setting up a team of Central Trainers and Project Managers to work with the BT User Leads, institution Trainers and Programme Management Office (PMO) to operationalise the Go-Live deployment and training for BT.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
For the project management responsibility, the candidate needs to work with vendors and user organisations to ensure successful rollout at the institutions. The candidate will project manage with vendors and end user organisation on pre-deployment activities, including end-to-end testing, implementation planning, cutover and deployment preparation, and go-live readiness assessment. The candidate will also support the setup and management of command centre and call centre, as well as technical dress rehearsal, full dress rehearsal, eventual cut-over, and post-live status monitoring and progress reporting.
The role would include Go-Live training to onboard end-users, performance support and continuous learning of end-users. The role is responsible for the overall implementation of end-user training program as well as on-going education and maintenance of the training program after go-live. The candidate needs to determine the training resources, manage training team staffing, and secure facilities and equipment for classroom or online training. In addition, the candidate will participate in discussion on curriculum delivery methods, oversee the creation and maintenance of a realistic training environment, create a course catalog and training schedule, and ensures all users are trained before they access the production environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
(a) Education/Training/Experience
- Familiar with IT systems and finance in a healthcare setting.
- Relevant project management experience.
- Experience in SAP systems will be an advantage.
- A tertiary degree from a recognized university.
