Reporting to HR Director, you will responsible for the execution and management of compensation policies and programs to support the hospital’s overall human resource strategies. Ensure that procedures are implemented in accordance with the Cluster HR and Hospital’s policies and procedures
Responsibilities
- Identify, monitor and review HR compensation and benefits in assigned areas to ensure external competitiveness, internal equity, harmonious employee relations and cost effectiveness. This includes participating in annual public sector market survey, and analysing market and internal data.
- Execute a comprehensive communication strategy for compensation philosophy and policies.
- Responsible for implementation and administration of compensation matters in assigned areas within approved budget.
- Work closely with HR Director to anticipate challenges and provide workable and sustainable compensation solutions with a view to talent attraction and retention.
- Review, recommend and implement compensation policies & procedures in line with hospital core values, plans and directions as well as ensure compliance with Cluster HR policies.
- Review and recommend changes to compensation policies relating to assigned areas to ensure relevance and market competitiveness.
- Seize opportunities for process innovations and improvements along with the ability to design and execute. Identify appropriate systems modifications due to changes in compensation and related legislation, policies and processes. Recommend and implement improvements and automation of work processes to improve efficiency of the compensation function.
- Partner with HR Director to manage, motivate, supervise and provide guidance to HR team members to achieve excellence in staff satisfaction
- Ad-hoc duties or projects as and when assigned by the HR Director
Requirements
- Degree, preferably with a Graduate Diploma in HRM and 8 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of change management methodology will be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
