The Manager is responsible for the operations and engagement with the GP relationship managers (RMs) of NHG Integrated Care Offices (ICOs) as well as with Primary Care Networks (PCNs) in the Central and North regions, government agencies and community partners to engender place-based care and relationship-based care of Central and North residents. The NHG Cares PCO is responsible for co-developing a strong relationship with the GPs in the Central and North region with ICOs and NHGP, centred on MOH’s Healthier SG and national primary care enrolment.
As the custodian of the Healthier SG agreements between the government agency and GPs, he/she will establish processes, manage workflows, seek clearance and inputs from key stakeholders internally and externally. He/she will work closely with relevant stakeholders and assist in operationalising and augmenting primary care related initiatives and facilitate the development of an ecosystem of enablers for GPs across NHG.
The scope shall include but not limited to supporting the Executive Director and the Deputy Director with:
- Relationship building with key stakeholders such as GP offices within NHG, CN-PCN, Central and North GPs to implement the plans in line with the objectives of NHG Cares PCO and Healthier SG;
- Facilitate seamless GP enrolment and onboarding in close collaboration with the ICOs and NHGP;
- Facilitate workflow and operations for Healthier SG agreements with government agencies and internal stakeholders
- Develop strategies and reports to facilitate discussions to deliver the objectives of NHG Cares PCO and Healthier SG
- Co-develop clinical and service dashboards, gather and analyse data insights to drive quality improvement and objectives of NHG Cares and Healthier SG with key stakeholders
- Manage and implement the plans across various PCO workstreams which include IT enablement, care navigation, care and finance transformation and resource acquisitions as well as the management of approved milestones/budgets/timelines and in compliance with directions given by NHG leadership.
Job Requirements
Education/Experience
- Min. bachelor degree qualification from a recognized university. Preferably with healthcare management and operations background.
- Preferably at least 4 years of relevant experience, of which at least 2 years involve supervisory experience. Preferably with healthcare background.
- Demonstrates systems thinking, teamwork, leadership, planning with translation to operations and successfully implemented projects in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in healthcare management especially in the area of operations, finance and strategic planning is preferred.
- Good project management skills.
- Good interpersonal & communications skills and ability to manage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds at various levels of seniority.
- Macro in perspectives and meticulous in implementation.
- Good analytical, planning, risk mitigation, perception management & agile project implementation skills.
