JOB SUMMARY
The candidate is part of the Executive Director Office team and reports directly to the Deputy Director (Finance), National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID). He/she will require to work closely with MOH, cluster and hospitals in all aspect related to budget planning, management reporting as well as developing and driving financial strategies for NCID.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SPECIFIC
- Responsible for budget planning, management reporting and financial analytics for NCID
- Develop and implement costing and pricing framework
- Supervise accountant to achieve timely and qualitative monthly/year-end management reports, analysis and key data presentations to management
- Involve in process improvement, SAP system and policy writing
- Work closely with MOH, hospital counterpart and other stakeholders to provide value added support to the public health, clinical and operations partners in the budget planning role
- Any other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent with at least 5 years of supervisory experience.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimally 6-8 years of experience in budget, reporting and analysis works.
- Experience in healthcare or organisation with matrix reporting will be an advantage.
- Experience in process improvement, policy and SAP system
- Conversant with Microsoft Excel, Access, Power Point and Word
- Good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Able to work independently.
