Our client is a well-known regional food manufacturer. Due to growth seeking a Food Safety Manager to join the production staff. Primary duties include:
- Develop, administer and implement food safety standards for the plant.
- Coordinate facilities maintenance.
- Assist with production staff as necessary.
Position reports to VP of Operations.
Ideal candidates for Food Safety Manager will possess the following.
- Bachelors degree.
- 3+ years experience with food safety / sanitation in a food production environment
- Knowledge of SQF, HAACP and GMP. Certifications a plus.
- Experience with facilities management a plus.
Salary up to $90,000/yr (based on experience). Great benefits.
