Responsibilities:
- Plan and establish work requirements, procedures
- Overall manpower planning for upgrade and maintenance work for assets under his charge and progress monitoring
- Budget allocation and planning for PMS and monitor the allocated budget
- Update defect form and conduct breakdown review and root cause analysis
- Establish and review of PMS checklist according to regulatory guideline, manufacturer manual, and breakdown review and analysis outcome
- Raise TPO/ DRL/ PSO/ PWO for spare part or material for repair and maintenance work
- Liaise with external contractor for repair/ maintenance work
- Identify training needs for his team of men
- KAIZEN preparation
- Managing the administrative work for his team and assess the performance
- QMS audit
- Monthly report on breakdown root cause analysis
- Conduct and review RA and Safety Workplan
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Marine civil related works
- Possess man management experience to lead a team of Technicians and Supervisors
- Possess budgeting skill
- Basic finance/ accounting knowledge
Other Information:
- Location: Tuas (Island-wide transport provided)
- 5 days work week
- Working Hours: 7.25am to 5.00pm
