Description

– In this role, you will drive large, multi-functional efforts develop technologies across Apple. Your ability to develop relationships and trust across system and module hardware and software teams will be key to your success. – You’ll be responsible for defining, implementing, and testing features while collaborating with algorithm, software engineering, embedded firmware, hardware, and testing teams. You’ll ensure seamless coordination and communication among these teams. – You will build development schedules, identify critical paths, and maintain throughout execution. You are able to grasp sophisticated technical topics, identify risks and mitigation paths – You will synthesize large amounts of data into concise written and verbal analyses that enable decision making at the executive level – The ideal candidate will possess an ambitious approach to problem solving and have outstanding leadership skills built on a rock solid foundation of planning and risk management.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1+ years of technical program or product management, or a leadership role in a large technical project
• Knowledgeable of one or more technologies: embedded software, sensor systems, machine learning, computer vision, foundation models, NLP. Ability to dive into technical details
• B.S. or equivalent experience in engineering or related scientific/technical field

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience in consumer facing product development
• M.S. or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or PhD in technical field
• Medical device, coaching or fitness background
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Able to work with complementary teams and interact, influence, collaborate, and negotiate efficiently at all levels of management
• Self-motivated and proactive. Understand and deals well with a fast paced environment, while remaining calm and flexible in the face of uncertainty

Pay & Benefits

• At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
