Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall delivery for the Program for Finacle functional and technical changes
- Design, implement and deliver Finacle migration and upgrade strategy.
- Implement base Products and Scheme configuration for Finacle and provide SME Support to business.
- Work with Finacle Product and Implementation team to ensure all project phases are designed, build, and delivered.
- Manage the Finacle Product Milestones completion and take it to invoicing from Customer
- Manage and deliver phase-gates of delivery and artefacts required for completion.
- Work with products, vendors and partner teams on day-to-day basis for delivery and quality management aspects
- Liaise with Finacle and internal stakeholders across Prog. Management and Delivery & external stakeholders to facilitate deliverables
- Make sure deliverables are represented in RAID meetings and has view on the Risks, Actions, Issues and Dependencies of the Program
- Prepare project charter, business case and obtain approval for funding from internal and external stakeholders.
- Create, maintain, manage, and monitor work plan and all tasks needed to achieve project objectives and timelines.
- Implement control and reporting structures for project monitoring regarding risk and change management based on defined governance methods and standard processes (e.g., risks and issues mitigation and assumptions clearances)
- Conduct post-mortem and project closure reviews, customer satisfaction surveys and project team’s performance appraisals
- Ensure compliance of infrastructure and applications with IT standards, policies, and guidelines, as well as other financial governing bodies
- Define and monitor all project key constraints, Develop, and implement project communication plans, conduct status reviews with project teams, account managers and customers on a regular basis
- Contribute to the creation of SoW, offers, contracts and time schedules as well as to the cost calculation, create, review, and implement changes on internal innovation/ project management processes in alignment with the enterprises policies and procedures
Requirements
Experience and Skills
- 15+ years of experience in Finacle, with core deposit/lending products experience
- Experience in Finacle SaaS version implementation and deployment.
- Strong Finacle data ingestion experience, with at least 3 migrations complete from legacy to Finacle.
- Excellent communication skills, well versed in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Confluence
- Excellent attitude to work and able to manage people, processes, and systems.
- Exposure to variable SDLC methodologies is a plus (Waterfall / Agile)
- Knowledge on Cloud native architecture in AWS on design and solutions
- Works with the Cloud Product Owner to identify Cloud service enhancements to maximize service quality, efficiency, and continuity, analyzing, designing, planning, executing and evaluating work to time, cost and quality targets.
- Works across Infosys Consulting and product groups to directly assist in the delivery of new products.
- Promotes and works by the ethos “reuse before buy” and “buy before build” to benefit multiple times from single investments, being fully familiar with recognized industry bodies of knowledge both generic and specific.
- Manages day to day issues with Cloud service providers and suppliers
