The Brand Lead is a key member of the ALAC Marcom leadership team, reporting directly to the Marcom Director, ALAC & U.S. Hispanic. Our team creates and oversees Apple’s rapidly-growing communications in Latin America, the Caribbean and the U.S.Hispanic Markets. Our teams work together to craft experiences and campaigns that impact people’s lives in ways they could not have imagined. We do that a creative first mentality, and the belief our marketing efforts impact the business in our region. In this role you will lead an established team of Brand Managers, supported by Producers, Creatives, and other experts from various Marcom functional teams. Your role will be to guide, develop, and deliver integrated marketing communications strategies that drive Apple’s brand value and business growth.
Description
Leading a central discipline at Apple Marcom involves working across various teams of experts to coordinate the development and execution of all marketing communications efforts. In this role, you will lead a team of Brand Managers, ensuring effective integration and execution across all projects and overseeing a range of day-to-day specific responsibilities, as follows: – Collaborate extensively with Project Managers, Advertising Managers, and Worldwide (WW) Brand Managers/Functional leads. Help prioritize, initiate, and coordinate marketing communication activities for each of our lines of business in the ALAC region and the U.S. Hispanic market. This includes influencing growth and brand strategy, localizing global campaigns and implementing sustained activities. – You’ll help lead the work for product launches, developing new local campaigns tailored to specific market objectives and opportunities, supporting marketing activities led by Channel that are implemented through partners. Work with Product Marketing to enhance the customer experience with our ecosystem of products and services. – Serve as the primary interface between WW and local Marcom teams, representing the perspectives, needs and opportunities of our markets to global counterparts. Additionally, you will sync on the progress of the work, align on local and global plans and priorities, share results and findings, and ensure consistency and anticipation. – Act as a central point of integration, cooperating with various functions outside Marcom, such as Apple Retail, Apple Services, Product Marketing, PR, Buzz, Sales, and Finance to establish objectives, define priorities, unlock proactive opportunities, and develop collaborative work. – Partner closely with our Strategy Lead with the goal of producing more relevant and impactful work. Contribute to the development of Marcom plans, defining strategic priorities, working around roadmaps and briefings, analyzing data & research, crafting opportunities and developing narratives to articulate these opportunities. – Uphold Apple’s standards for creative excellence, technical accuracy, and brand integrity, ensuring that all local work produced by internal teams and partners is aligned, protecting Apple’s intellectual property, rights, trademarks, and legal requirements. Maintain consistent brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints. – Continuously seek and successfully implement new development and growth opportunities for your team of Brand Managers.
Minimum Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in marketing communications, focusing on consumer products and services, either in a creative agency (in a client services or strategy function) or a global consumer brand.
- Proficiency in English.
- Available to travel domestic and internationally, up to 10%.

- Experience working across diverse brands and consumer segments in Latin America and the U.S. Hispanic market, especially with major retailers and carriers brands as a differentiator. Deep understanding of the media landscape and media consumption habits across Latin America and the U.S. Hispanic market.
- You are an effective team builder who excels at fostering trust, building credibility and influencing multiple stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization. As an empathetic and inclusive leader, you know how to empower and motivate exceptional talent.
- Skilled at leading a team of experienced brand managers, creative directors, producers, and strategists to plan, manage, and implement marketing communications across all consumer touchpoints.

- Experience in producing large and complex integrated campaigns.
- Excellent writing, visual storytelling, and presentation skills.
