Responsibilities
- Assist in submittals, field work packages, compiling as-built data, verifying quantities, field safety and quality inspections.
- Perform procurement quantity takeoffs.
- Daily reports in construction management software.
- Assist with compilation of necessary information for all submittals and coordinate with Document Control to ensure proper documentation.
- Assist with coordination of material deliveries.
- Assist with field verifications, inspections, and measurements.
- Work closely with document control and field personnel to ensure they have latest drawings and installation documents.
- Assist with cost coding.
- Review and understand the redline/as-built process.
- Attend necessary briefings and safety meetings as required.
- Attain necessary job specific training.
- Regular and consistent engagement, participation and promotion of Mastec’s Culture and its essential behaviors are a requirement for this position.
- Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are a requirement for this position.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Pursing a degree.
- Must be flexible in working in both office and field environment as needed.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with a team
- Must have strong organization skills
- Must be highly motivated
