Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

Job Summary:   

EFS is hiring for a Facilities Coordinator that will support with vendor onboarding, purchase requisitions and work breakdown structures.

Immediate Responsibilities:

• Vendor Onboarding: Coordinate with Vendors to obtain all necessary documents required to be able to set up new vendor numbers and establish vendors in Siemens Energy System
• Purchase Requisitions: Review for accuracy and Create PR’s in SAP as required
• Work Breakdown Structure: Review for accuracy and submit WBS requests in Energy Now tool.
• Assist with creation of workbook instructions for Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Requisition Template, Vendor Onboarding, and Work Breakdown Structure
• Complete mandatory training for required tools to support job function.
• Attend weekly task review meetings.
• Ensure tasks and responsibilities are continuously reviewed and maintained for updates.

Qualifications:    

• High School Diploma / GED / Associate Degree
• Microsoft Office Suite
• File Share
• SAP- PD2
