Position Summary
The Senior Product Manager for our Medicare Part C product line is a strategic leadership position with a dual focus on being a Product Owner and a people leader. Reporting directly to the Director of Product, this role is central to our product team, driving the full product development lifecycle from ideation through to launch and beyond. As the primary Product Owner, you will ensure the product not only meets the complex needs of users and regulatory requirements but also excels in quality and performance metrics. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, technical acumen, and leadership skills to guide a dedicated team in delivering a product that sets new standards in healthcare technology.
What you will do:
- Product Ownership: Assume full ownership of the Medicare Part C product line, setting the direction and ensuring the realization of the product vision through meticulous planning and execution.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear product strategy based on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), aligning team efforts with company goals. Regularly review and adjust OKRs to respond to changing market and regulatory conditions.
- Performance Metrics and Quality: Establish and monitor key performance metrics to measure product success, including user engagement, feature adoption, and performance against OKRs. Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the product meets the highest standards of reliability, usability, and compliance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers and analysts, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Encourage team members to take ownership of their work and deliver against set objectives.
- Regulatory and Compliance Oversight: Ensure product compliance with Medicare Part C regulations and other healthcare industry standards, adapting the product strategy as necessary to navigate regulatory changes.
For this role you will need Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, with significant experience as a Product Owner in an Agile development environment, preferably in healthcare or Medicare-related products.
- Demonstrated ability to lead product teams and manage the full product development lifecycle.
- Strong expertise in setting, monitoring, and achieving OKRs and performance metrics.
- Deep understanding of quality assurance methodologies and regulatory compliance in the healthcare sector.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of motivating teams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $79,200.00 – $174,200.00.
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
