Essential Qualifications and Functions:
- Partner with the store teams to build a culture of community responsibility
- Conduct a full and thorough audit of all stores within their store alignment, to include checking product sell-by dates, validating compliance with environmental, health and safety requirements and processes, verifying the accuracy of pricing, and validating Pharmacy regulatory and records compliance
- Maintain a professional, ethical, and objective demeanor
- Assume the role of subject matter expert and trainer when compliance opportunities are identified
- Communicate professionally and effectively with store and field leadership regarding compliance audit findings and root cause analysis
- Utilize judgement in evaluating and assessing compliance with operational, environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Perform any additional tasks as directed by their supervisor
- Must be knowledgeable in daily processes of Front Store and Pharmacy and have a sound understanding of Environmental, Health and Safety
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and multitasking skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to travel to up to 75% of store locations within the Region
- Abie to lift up to 25 lbs to a height of 4 feet
- Able to work a flexible work schedule to accommodate business needs, which may include evenings and weekends
- Regular and reliable attendance
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service role, preferably in medical field.
- Two years experience in managed care or population health
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years prior experience in a similar function, or in a store supervisory role

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 – $29.30.
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
