Position Summary
We are hiring for the position of Inside Sales Case Coordinator to support Bleeding Disorder business in the Southeast. As an Inside Sales Case Coordinator, you will partner with the Operations team within the pharmacy in Redlands, CA and Tampa, Fl. It will be your responsibility to collaborate with the Bleeding Disorder Center of Excellence team and the field sales team to coordinate care that exceeds customer expectations.
Within the pharmacy you will interact with pharmacists, Pharm Techs, Client Service Reps, Benefits Coordinators in addition to the Billing and Reimbursement team. Additionally, you will work closely with the field sales team in the Southeast Region including the Regional Manager, Client Relations Executives and Hemophilia Advocates. Your success will be measured by the performance of the Region.
As an Inside Sales Case Coordinator, you will assist in managing the book of business for 4 territories which comprise the Region. It will be your responsibility to track new patient referrals through the system to insure activation and shipment. In addition, you will assist the field sales team with existing patients’ orders, assuring the highest level of service as well as the timely process of the repeat orders being placed. Effective communication skills as well as strong organizational skills will be necessary.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a customer service role
- 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- 2+ years’ experience in hemophilia or Specialty pharmacy
- Current project coordinator/manager
- Call center or related experience
- Advanced computer skills
Preferred Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in hemophilia
- Knowledge of both private and government insurance programs
- Understanding of patient assistance programs
- Ability to travel on a quarterly basis to Mid-west to meet with top customers.
- 1+ year of experience in a sales or marketing role with proven success record
- 1+ year of experience with CRM
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Healthcare industry experience
- Received professional sales training or certifications
- Proficient in Salesforce.com
- Ability to analyze documents as they relate to a specific disease state
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Able to adjust to frequent healthcare market changes
- Willing to work both independently and also part of a team in order to deliver results
- Ability to work from home if company designates this as a requirement of the role
Education
- Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $15.75 – $27.70.
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
