We are actively seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management, who will build connections across data, personalization / messaging platforms, emerging technologies, and analytics to craft and implement a centralized roadmap to advance relationships with Guests. You will collaborate across the organization, with areas such as technology, digital, marketing, commercial strategy, the contact center, and operations, to ensure the successful delivery of the roadmap. Additionally, you will manage a team of product managers, focused on client/business relationships to align business goals, and data domain leaders to ensure that our assets consistently deliver on objectives.
You will sit in the Data Products & Platform team within the Technology & Digital organization for Disney Experiences (DX), reporting to the Director of Guest data.
What You Will Do:
- Act as the “voice of the consumer” within the Tech & Digital organization as it relates to marketing capabilities through your industry expertise and the deep connections with business partners such as Marketing, data source producers, personalization / messaging platform owners, and senior leadership.
- Develop a consumer future-ready consumer data program roadmap based in the overall segment data vision. Ensure alignment and continuous updates are shared with key partners and leadership.
- Guide the connection between the data vision / roadmap, the tooling that enables messaging / personalization / relevance, and business strategies to present a comprehensive marketing technology capabilities delivery roadmap across Disney Experiences.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies related to marketing technology to identify new opportunities and. maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with partners, data, and platform engineering leaders to enable planned product features and delivery plans reflect achieving the aligned vision.
- Establish and monitor objectives and key results to assess the performance of data and technologies assets, identifying areas for improvements and taking necessary actions.
- Guide the day-to-day delivery of both the data and overall comprehensive roadmap, refining as consumer expectations, leadership, or business expectations evolve.
- Advocate for the advancement of Guest experiences by powering the magic with data.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience working in product management with a deep focus on marketing technology.
- Proven leadership experience in developing and launching successful products / assets in the marketing technology space, across data and tools, from concept through launch across multiple organizations.
- Expertise in the business, data, and technologies which enable hyper-personalized marketing campaigns, optimized advertising, and marketing automation.
- Strong curiosity with staying aligned with emerging industry trends.
- Strong experience with consumer data, data platforms, personalization platforms, data analysis, and crafting data strategies.
- Strong business relationship management experience measuring happiness with support, engagement, and ability to deliver upon their needs.
- Experience with technical, user, and business issues with priorities that continue to evolve.
- Ability to navigate in the gray easily and work independently to guide the development, creation, and delivery of strategies and roadmaps.
- Experience collaborating with and achieving results through others, and the capability to interact within all levels of the organization.

- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
