Position Summary
Reporting to the VP HR for the Southern Region, this role will provide support to all HR functions for the region including training, recruiting and general HR functions. Responsibilities will include various activities not limited to calendar management, recruiting administration, employee onboarding, employee data management, employee relocations and compliance administration. This is an opportunity to provide support for a top performing and growing regional HR Team, and gain exposure to nearly all HR functions within a top performing business
Key Responsibilities
General HR Support
- Ordering Federal Posters/Signage for all jobsites
- I-9 Communication, error resolution and system audits *(E-verify / Equifax)
- Time sensitive onboarding and pre-employment support including MVR and background checks
- Relocation Support for internal transfers and externals hires, including relocation letter creation and relocation rental logistic coordination
- Responsible for coding HR invoices
- Assisting team with payroll items such as copies of paystubs, updating taxable subsistence in the system, employment verifications
- Coordinating new hire development reports with outside vendor and tracking receipt and distribution internally
- Coding transfers and new hires in SuccessFactors (employee system)
- Coordinating internal meetings and light calendar support
- Ad Hoc reports including Headcount, Turnover and Hiring data
Talent Acquisition
- College Recruiting – career registration, calendar management and event planning logistics
- Interview scheduling for intern and full-time candidates
- Offer letter generation and tracking
- Post Interview candidate communication and follow-up
Learning and Development
- Create sessions, maintaining certifications and updating rosters in learning system
- Upload and organize training content in shared One Drive
- Monitor employee surveys for volume of responses and follow up with reminder emails
- Maintain spreadsheet with jobsite codes of attendees for financial charge back to jobsites
- Prepare and manage logistics for meetings including room bookings, tracking attendance and food or outing reservations
Qualifications:
- Hustle, All-in attitude, Client service mindset
- Bilingual Spanish Preferred, but not required
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential or sensitive data
- Time Management and Organizational skills (Do you dream about labeling and filing)
- Resourceful and proactive to resolve requests from multiple managers and regional leaders
- Exceptional partnering skills – comfortable working with and coordinating with a wide variety of people with a strong sense of urgency
- Advanced Excel skills (sorting, printing, formatting)
- Ability to learn Adobe, Smartsheets, Success Factors, Teams
- Mininum 2 years of experience in HR coordinator related role within a corporate environment; Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field and/or relevant Internship experience in HR will be considered in lieu of work experience
