We are looking for an UAV Pilot to join our team of dedicated professionals to provide safe, reliable drone systems and quality services to distinguished customers in Singapore and the region. As part of our engineering support team, you will work closely with our company engineer and customers to address drone operational needs and solution. You will also be responsible to maintain the airworthiness of our drone systems and concurrently resolve technical issues that occur during the operation of our drone systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
- To operate company in house-built drone to achieve flight objective / mission safely
- To generate flight test documents to test the airworthiness of the drone
- To plan and execute flight missions, including appropriate flight path and operating height according to CAAS rules and regulations
- To maintain and house keep the Operator and Activity Permit with CAAS
- To able to plan and organize flight logistic (Deployment vans, Flight equipment’s, Flight schedule)
- To liaise with third party organization for maintenance of flight logistic
- To able to lead and supervise a small team
- Work closely with our customers and provide first line technical support to resolve issues with customers’ drone systems. Field work as per required.
- Maintenance and Repair of Drone Systems: You will be responsible to perform maintenance routines on Drone Systems. On-site field work is required. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Drone Systems. You will also generate maintenance reports and track rectification of issues.
- Creation and Upkeep of Manuals: You will be responsible to generate and update Flight Manuals or User Manuals.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience
- Possess a valid Unmanned Aircraft Pilots License (UAPL)
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree / Diploma or any related courses to engineering
- Equipped with experience in aviation maintenance or drone industry is preferred
- Good troubleshooting and diagnosis skills
- Able to guide, lead and supervise a team
- Able to work under adhoc and pressure environment
- Good customer handling skills
- Good written and verbal skills
- Class 3/3A Driving License is preferred
- 5 days work week (may require working on weekend)
