What to Expect
Tesla is looking for a Project Manager, Fleet & Business, to work with one of the most innovative brands in the world. The ideal candidate will be an experienced project management professional with full understanding of B2BOperations, demonstrating an ability to tackle complex problems and implement creative solutions.
You will be part of a Programs team that is managing strategic projects and continuous growth efforts. The Role will be tasked to coordinate sales and service development, build creative customer solutions and help to drive a successful B2B program. You will be a key contributor to the Tesla fleet business.
The Role requires the ability to build strong cross-functional working relationships with our Sales, Service, Collision, Delivery, Legal, Policy, Engineering and Software teams. You will require a sharp focus, a collaborative style of working, and a proactive, critical mindset. Excellent communication and presentation skills are crucial. Tesla is a fast moving, dynamic environment where flexibility and adaptability are key.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and execute projects end to end, while optimizing our existing Fleet & Business processes
- Ensure consistency and quality of project completion by using a data-driven approach
- Interpret and forecast business challenges, analyze potential improvements, and translate these into solutions to mitigate risk
- Guide your stakeholders in defining and delivering clear requirements to identify, prioritize and scope projects to deliver against business objectives
- Liaise between the business, digital/technical and support teams to identify business needs
- Develop solutions to complex technical problems and present relevant information to a non-technical audience
- Stay flexible with last minute changes and working hours while interacting with teams in different time zones
- Consult with business partners to identify opportunities for program improvement
- Apply out of the box, problem-solving abilities and to drive technical solutions
- As project lead, document relevant timelines, milestones and deliverables and present to leadership
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Rigorous, detail-oriented, critical thinker with great problem-solving skills, and strong ability to take initiative and be proactive
- Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with comfort in ambiguity & rapid change
- Passionate about driving a positive customer experience
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
- Experience with stakeholder management and building strong relationships across business functions
- Positive attitude in stressful situations
- Must be proficient user in Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence
- Experience with Tableau and Power BI

Expected Compensation
$68,000 – $252,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
