Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub-contractors to perform on-site piping work
- Plan and execute installation and testing of piping work onboard new construction
- Supervise in the removal, renewal and testing of piping work onboard repair vessels
- Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hour returns and coordinate all aspects of site issues for repair projects
- Liaise with surveyors and comply with inspection requirements
- Monitor job progress and ensure quality work at targeted schedule
- Prepare reports on job status and project completion
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marine/Mechanical Engineering or related fields
- Preferably with 2-5 years’ working experience in a shipyard
- Able to read piping diagrams and drawings
- Knowledge in Pneumatics and Hydraulics systems will be an advantage
- Resourceful, committed, independent and a good team player
Other Information:
- Location: Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)
- 5 days work week
- Working Hours: 7.25am-5pm
