Support the Sourcing & Supply Chain team in daily tasks, including:
• Demand data manipulation
• Extract / upload data via online platforms (SAP / Jira / Windchill)
• Create design configuration / manufacturing documents
• Release design data to suppliers
• Perform RFQ/RFP, raise purchase requests
• Track status of deliverable
• Action on overdue invoices
• Maintain master document of contractual part unit prices
• Assist in continuous improvement projects
• Any other tasks that may arise along with the progress and development of the Supply Chain team
Technical skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings Characteristic traits:
• Investigative mind
• Willingness to learn
