• Responsibilities. Responsible for working in an Agile development environment to bring the designs and ideas to life for new or improved products and web applications in Access and Identity Management space. Oversee current and upcoming projects that connect design, engineering, product development, and implementation to understand how those pieces impact infrastructure. Share operational and process maturity with a growing team, while building products for large enterprises to enable their workforce. Use previous experience with Java and enterprise Java with opensource tools, Java 8 and above, spring boot, python, Cloud technologies using Amazon Web Service, Mongo and Oracle databases to design and deliver next generation platforms. Work with full stack with front-end, UNIX scripting, and back-end to develop tools to support the platform capabilities. Oversee a team of senior Developers and Principal Architects to design and develop platform capabilities that help peer teams to adopt strategic platforms and deliver latest and greatest. Work with team, business leaders, and project management across North America, EMEA, LATAM and APAC regional teams to understand our next wave of work. Focus on engagements as well as results, roll sleeves up and dive into the code when necessary. Regularly engage with business leadership and project management to understand priorities and create automation and collaborate with feature teams to turn ideas into reality.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Education and Experience. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field plus six (6) years of related experience required. The company will accept a master’s degree plus four (4) years of related experience.
• Work Experience. Four (4) years of experience must include: Cloud-native technologies, including APIs, distributed systems design, operational scaling and availability, and application integrations; Java and enterprise Java; Spring Boot; Python; Cloud technologies using Amazon Web Service; Mongo and Oracle; Full stack with front-end, UNIX scripting, and back-end; Overseeing global, cross regional program/team; Architecting, driving and managing a large scale migration from legacy to modern platform; Compliance management or fraud detection through software and other cloud services; Managing vendors in the compliance or fraud detection domains; and Implementing machine learning solutions.

The US base salary range targeted for this job is listed in the compensation section below. Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. Salary Range: $185,036 to $253,300 / year
