You will oversee our B2B customer accounts regarding or relevant to our products and services in Digital Twin and Metaverse segments, with a key responsibility of acquiring and maintaining customer relationships to achieve sales; you will also be a Point of Contact of the department to the company for consolidated accounts and sales tracking.
To determine and address customer needs, you will cooperate with our Marketing department in promotion of products to customers, while also eliciting feedback from them for our product development team members to achieve better positioning of the products and services, as part of continuous improvement effort and driving sales performance.
You will support the project manager(s) in the department, by assisting with activities such as system commissioning and post-delivery calls, to facilitate a positive customer experience for deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with Marketing department in generating leads
- Generate and grow customer accounts to achieve sales
- Follow-up on sales leads and establish business relationship with customers
- Know the customers well – their environment, problems and needs/wants – and engaging them with our products and services
- Organise meetings/demonstrations to connect customers to our product development and service capabilities, and assist them in purchase specifications
- Drive positive customer sentiment and interest to secure purchase contracts
- Assist project teams in taking care of customer experience
- Prepare commercial proposals and sales quotations for customers
- Handle customer onboarding, coordinate process for credit review with Finance department
- Assist the department manager in preparing reports, budget and forecasts for sales
- Keep track of sales targets, planning and implementation of sales strategy to meet targets
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Entry level candidates are welcome
- At ease with high-level communication and networking
- Able to learn quickly about products and services, comfortable with technical jargon
- Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Self-motivated and resilient, with passion for sales and adaptive to customer sentiment
- Proficiency in English (writing and speaking)
Plus Point:
- Prior B2B sales track record, particularly in ICT services
- Hands-on experience with CRM software
- Understanding of Digital Twin and Metaverse technologies and solutions
