Selected candidates will undergo a up to 60-month training programme comprising theoretical, practical and on-the-job-training. Through this training, trainees will acquire the knowledge and skills needed to service and maintain aircraft, engines, aircraft instrument systems and components.
Upon completion, the trainees will be appointed as LAEs, which will allow them to certify work completion and to issue certificate of release after aircraft maintenance.
Requirements as a Trainee:
- Diploma and Degree in Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics, and other related Engineering.
- Passionate about working on aircraft and technical works.
- Must be physically fit as you may be required to lift load and/or work on heavy equipment.
- Normal vision with no colour blindness, due to the nature of the work (electrical).
