Job Description:
- Digitalisation
- Drive and collaborate on Procurement Digitalisation and Technology programs.
- Work with teams across the company to implement innovative digital solutions for Procurement processes.
- Monitor and ensure digital initiatives are effectively implemented and adopted.
- Sustainability
- Coordinate and support in sustainability initiatives, conduct survey/outreach with strategic suppliers.
- Engage in programs and activities related to sustainability principles in procurement with internal and external stakeholders.
- Category Management & Spend Analysis
- Work closely with multiple business areas and stakeholders to establish, develop sourcing strategies and supplier management activities with input of spend analytics and budgetary forecasts.
- Generate monthly/quarterly reports on spend analysis.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields
- At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in Procurement.
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills
- Possesses good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Must be Singapore Citizen
