Senior Production Technician

Job Description:

• Set-up and operate automated/ manual assembly machine 
  • Final and components assembly of product linking & Packing
  • Pressing (spitback assembly, cartridge case) 
  • Labelling, packing & palletizing. 
• Handle/ Shift of Parts/ Equipment involving the use of lifting equipment (Lifting Tables, Pallet Jacks, Trolley, etc.)
• Meet daily production output
• Perform in-process inspection as per Process Sheet
• Maintenance of the machines & perform daily housekeeping
• Perform General Ad-Hoc task & other duties as required by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Nitec in any engineering fields
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Team player and able to work under pressure
• Adjust, repair or replace machine components.
• Good to have knowledge with automation machine for production. 
• Able to comply with company policies, security regulation and EHS Regulations
