All solutions are validated through qualification test to ensure full compliance to customer satisfaction. More than 10 years engineering experience in stringent military applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design, interface, integrate and commission Environmental Control Systems (Fire Protection, Air and Water Filtration, HVAC and Thermal Management) for vehicle
- Perform system design, installation design and documentation throughout the design cycle.
- Perform sizing and selections of components to substantiate design
- Validate performance indicators such as thermal comfort, air quality and filtration capability of the systems in various operating conditions
- Perform failure analysis and present solutions to the customer
- Interact closely with engineers from other disciplines to achieve an optimised design within the stipulated project schedule
- Evaluate cost, feasibility, and implementation of ECS systems
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience in system design and cradle-to-grave system engineering approach
- Knowledge in refrigeration cycle
- Experience with HVAC system on Electric Vehicle
- Possess good analytical skills and ability to communicate with customers at all level
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Can-Do attitude
