The Associate Production Specialist is an entry level role responsible for reviewing, packaging, scanning, and shipping payrolls, vouchers, W2’s and other necessary documentation to our clients. Set up and assembly of benefits related material including reviewing product codes, using scanning system and retrieving correct stock from warehouse location. This role is highly visible and requires attention to detail and QA standards to prevent errors in payrollbenefits quality and packaging for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Review Ops Center instructions, scan, and complete batches.
- Audit wrap log, Ops Center log ensuring all contents of, payroll, W2s are included.
- Acknowledging and documenting instructions in Ops Center System.
- Reviewing jams, checking to ensure there are no missing checks or forms.
- Restocking supplies as needed.
- Address changes and special instructions from clients.
- Strapping machines to secure boxes for shipment where applicable.
- Assist in operating payroll wrap machine.
- Set up and assembly of material including reviewing product codes, using scanning system and retrieving correct stock from warehouse location.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Shift: Monday through Friday 12:30pm to 9:00pm
Pay: $18.50/hour plus 8% shift differential
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE (Required Qualifications):
- High School diploma/GED (preferred but not required)
- Prior experience in a fast-paced work environment
A college degree is great but not required. What’s more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
- Experience noted above, OR
- Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
Preference will be given to candidates with the following:
- 1+ year of experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
