ADP is hiring for a Growth Leader for Data Partnerships to join our Data Solutions Business Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage ADP’s unique data assets on nearly 20% of the private US workforce and shape the future of work.
As Growth Leader for Data Partnerships you will be responsible for strategic partnership development including identification, negotiation and technical enablement of new partners for ADP Data Solutions. You will spend time evaluating partners based on ADP strategy, identifying opportunities to embed ADP data within partners’ workflow or for partners to embed their offers within ADP’s workflow. The work will involve complex pricing and monetization decisions along with negotiating complex contracts. This role will also support strategic initiatives for the Data Solutions.
This person will work diligently across ADP internal functions such as legal, privacy, security, finance, sales, product management, and product development to ensure partnerships are set up for success.
Candidate should have deep data monetization experience – to identify data partnerships where ADP data can be used for use cases spanning marketing offers, payroll-linked payments, direct deposit updates and others.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, research and develop new partner targets based on ADP Data Solutions strategy and product offerings.
- Lead negotiations on all terms and final agreements, including commercial terms, security reviews, privacy reviews and integration requirements.
- Continually evaluate categories in which additional partners are needed, through industry assessments and close coordination with business leaders across ADP.
- Display extreme ownership across every workstream while moving projects / program forward
- Passion to help start and scale new businesses – “whatever it takes” attitude
- Strong communications skills – you will be in front of partners and executives all the time
- Problem solver and strategic individual who is comfortable using frameworks and data to help structure the team’s thinking and solve complex problems.
- Expertise in Powerpoint to create high-quality presentations for executives using effective visuals to engage and persuade
- Expertise in Excel to model various partnership scenarios and value proposition for each party
Qualifications/ Skills:
- Negotiating – helps convince target organizations to partner with ADP. Negotiates all deal terms.
- Strategic thinking – thinks strategically about partnership opportunities and overall strategic direction of the organization.
- Creative Problem Solving – finds win-win opportunities for ADP and potential partners.
- Communication & presentation – has strong written, oral and presentation skills.
- Collaboration/Teamwork – works effectively with others, both internally and externally to achieve goals.
- Initiative – proactively seeks out new revenue/partnership opportunities and new approaches to optimizing business opportunities.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development and strategic alliances.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a data monetization role (sample industries: Fintech, Financial Services, Telecom, Advertising and others. Illustrative previous companies such as CreditKarma, Cardlytics, Google, Plaid, etc.)
- MBA Degree preferred.
