Responsibilities
- Provide timely operational advice, e.g. people practices, local employment laws and HR trends, to key stakeholders to drive and support people initiatives and facilitate decision making.
- Provide guidance to the line managers on employee grievances, disciplinary and termination handling. Resolve employee relations issues and conduct investigation where necessary.
- Partner with the business, Talent Acquisition and L&D team to deliver various initiatives such as the Work-Study Diploma, Aircraft Maintenance Training and recruitment of Technicians and Engineers.
- Communicate and engage key stakeholders via formal and informal channels to ensure they are informed and engaged timely.
- Ensure high quality in all deliverables whilst meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Has the ability to work with all levels of employees.
- A team-player and thrives in ambiguous and fast-growing environment.
- Familiar with overseas recruitment of technicians preferred.
