Purpose of the Job:
Key lead for Digitalisation & Transformation efforts to operationalize digitalization project, coordinate and manage various stakeholders including various departments and corporate office. Manage budget and timeline of project including contractor management. Develop digitalization roadmap for Aerospace MRO operations.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of digitalization & transformation projects in accordance with contractual requirements and company strategy.
- Analyze the company’s requirements, existing resources and its ability to scale digitalization
- Review and recommend digital processes and the experience transformation guideposts to help Company effectively use digital technology, tools and platforms
- Ensure timely achievement of deliverables within budget
- Be responsible for project management and control
- Main point of contact to drive contractor management.
- Develop, maintain and ensure digitalization project requirements are properly captured and documented
- Ensure successful operationalization of digitalization project to support MRO operations
- Lead Continuous Improvement projects and efforts
Reporting Relationships:
Direct report to Operations Director; concurrently report to GM/DGM for Digitalisation & Transformation.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering with minimum 2 – 3 years working experience
- Prior IT project management experience will be strong advantage
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong planning and organizing and decision-making skills
- Good communication skills
- Good leadership qualities, able to influence and lead
