Job Description:
- Responsible for seeking and developing new business opportunities and development of new navigations products for both local & overseas customers
- Take lead to pursue tender or contract bids
- Manage resource planning within teams
- Understand the current and future technology trends to steer the company’s focus to identify market demands based on customer needs
- Develop engagement plan and winning strategy for navigations systems
- Conduct tender evaluation in accordance with customer requirements
- Manage allocated Business Development budget
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical/ Electronics or Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering (Other Degree will be considered)
- At least 5 years’ experience in commercial and/or military navigation or comunication system related field
- Candidates with hands-on or in-depth navigation knowledge will be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal & organisation skills
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Proficient in speaking and writing in English; proficiency in other languages will be an advantage
- Ability to develop and effectively articulate business plan for stakeholders
- Must be willing to travel overseas (whenever required)
