Job Description:
- Conduct training needs analysis
- Develop pedagogically sound curriculum and recommend suitable learning strategies and solutions (e-learning, augmented reality and mixed reality etc.)
- Develop treatment studies and storyboards in consultation with subject matter experts
- Collaborate with content development team to develop interactive content with media assets such as videos, animations, games etc.
- Perform courseware testing before delivering to users
- Conduct user training and evaluate effectiveness of learning solutions
- Help out in marketing activities and demonstrations
- Build rapport and relationship with clients
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Education, Psychology, Learning Sciences, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Engineering or related qualifications
- Possess ACTA / ACLP / DACE / DDDLP (preferred)
- Experience in instructional design and / or curriculum development
- Experience with authoring tools and learning management systems
- Passion for learning and willing to learn
- Strong command of English
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Open to feedback
- Interest in training tools and technology
- Meticulous, eye for detail and design, pride in delivering quality work
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills, not limited to ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and solve problems.
- Positive attitude with strong initiative to work independently, as well as across teams and departments
- Strong adaptability in fast-paced environment
