ADP is hiring an Entry Level Developer to serve as a Client Service Technical Analyst!
- Are you empathic to client needs and working collaboratively to find the best solutions while able to maintain the best customer service?

What you can expect on a typical day:
- Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver. You will use your wide breadth of expertise to help ADP’s clients solve problems for time-sensitive issues by taking a broad perspective to identify solutions, resolve issues, and provide solutions. You will take the initiative to seek answers, solutions, and positive outcomes by providing technical support to Clients & Partners with respect to APIs
- Build Relationships. You will build relationships with clients using the phone, email, and/or chat, where you will strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction as well as work with the Client Service and Implementation teams to ensure an effortless implementation processes. You hold yourself to the highest ethical standards and live ADP’s core value of ”Integrity is Everything.”
- Educate and Provide Recommendations. You will leverage your ADP product and services knowledge to help clients understand our products’ value. You will take client input and turn it into recommendations for your leaders on best practices and solutions training.
- Organize. You adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of inbound calls. Daily phone time may increase during peak seasons, like at the close of the year.
- Triage. You triage production issues and work with technical teams to conduct RCAs
- Monitor. You monitor dashboards and logs (example Splunk)
- Support. You support clients and partners with their certificate requests.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications
- You have a College degree
- Able to support and handled/triaged API issues. Familiarity with GET/PUT/POST/DEL API calls.
- Able to call an API and parse data to extract field level details
- Read schema/reference guides to build an API payload for making/updating POST calls.
- Understand API level requirements – Such as required/optional fields and able to mirror/test the calls via API and validate in UI.
- Knowledge of common API error codes
- Bonus: If you worked on a core programming language – JAVA, C++, Python is a plus
- Ability to identify process improvements and be able to work with DEV teams to automate manual processes.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools
- Strong written / verbal communication, analytical, time management and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with web applications, APIs and latest web standards (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, RESTful web services, JSON & others).
