Pay Range: $120,000 – $140,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Estimate project costs using estimating platform
- Foster client relationships, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction
- Manage multiple projects, overseeing progress, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with the team to implement effective project management strategies
- Travel to job sites as needed within the designated region
- Conduct budgeting and financial analysis to ensure project success
- Demonstrate expertise in steel framing, drywall, and plaster
- Ensure efficient and high-quality project completion
- Work closely with CEO and team to achieve project objectives
- Maintain focus and ensure smooth progress across all projects
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Project Management or Estimating experience in construction industry
- Strong construction background with knowledge of steel framing, drywall, and plaster
- Familiarity with OnCenter estimating platform is preferred
- Degree in relevant field is preferred
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and independent worker
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethic
