We’re looking for a hands-on product marketing leader to create breakthrough product positioning & messaging and drive successful go-to-market for a transformational new HCM product.
Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, the Senior Director of Product Marketing plays a significant role in guiding go-to-market strategy, launching enhancements, and measuring progress of product initiatives in ADP’s large-company business segment. You’ll represent the voice of the product and the views of the customer, understand the rapidly changing competitive landscape, and partner closely with product and sales to bring unmatched solutions to the market.
The Senior Director of Product Marketing will work closely with a cross-functional team across Product Management & Development, Marketing, Sales, Service and Operations to craft and execute go-to-market plans, product launches and marketing programs.
