Cost Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Construction Cost Estimator to join out team in the construction industry. You will be responsible for analyzing costs and preparing estimates for industrial construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

·         Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and materials required for construction projects.

·         Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and other project expenses. 

·         Review and analyze RFI, RFQ, and RFP documents to ensure that all project requirements are met. 

·         Develop and maintain project budgets schedules. 

·         Evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that they are competitive and meet project requirements. 

·         Prepare change orders and cost estimates for project modifications. 

·         Maintain records of all costs, estimates and project expenses. 

·         Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in cost estimation. 

Qualifications include but are not limited to: 

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

·         Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. 

·         2+ years of experience in construction cost estimator. 

·         Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. 

Compensation: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
