Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan and drive large scale ICT project that focus on 5G, MEC, video analytics applications
• Coordinate internal resources and external parties/vendors for flawless execution of assigned projects
• Ensure that assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Upfront planning to ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor, implement and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks. Report and escalate to management when needed
• Manage the relationship with customers and relevant stakeholders
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Proven experiences (at least 5 years) in handling ICT related project
• Deep understanding in Agile development for software products
• Experience with project management software tools
• Project implementation experience in Telco LTE/5G
• Project implementation experience in public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Excellent working attitude, problem-solving, critical thinking, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Excellent client-facing and internal/external communication skills
• Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement and governance processes will be an added advantage
• Proficient in planning, managing, delegating, and coaching
• Self-driven; results- and customer-oriented
• Working location is in Jurong East
