We are now actively searching for a self-motivated Engineer who is willing to take up the challenge and be part of this exciting journey in designing and building the next generation of vessels.
Responsibilities
- Be part of a team of engineers to carry out structural design and calculations
- Finite Element Analysis – Work independently utilizing ANSYS or FEMAP to carry out accurate modeling and analysis of vessel structures
- Structural design and modeling
- Have a good fundamental knowledge of structural design and calculations in order to validate and streamline design
- Conceptualize ship and deck structure drawings and carry out calculations
- Able to do 3D modeling in Aveva Marine software will be an advantage
Requirements
- Degree in Naval Architecture / Marine Engineering or equivalent
- Candidates with no experience may apply
- Technical experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and structural analysis, and able to do modeling and run simulations of the same.
- Strong knowledge of international design codes, Classification and Statutory Rules and Regulations
- High proficiency in 3D modeling skills using 3D CAD software will be an advantage.
- Software Skills: Autocad, ANSYS, Microsoft Office, Aveva Marine 3D, Rhino 3D.

- 5-day work week
- Working Hours: 7.25am to 5.00pm
