Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, detail, and full construction documents and specifications including grading, layout, detailing, planting plans, and hardscape elements
- Coordinate with client, civil engineers, MEP, architect, and General Contractor on complex projects during design, documentation, and construction
- Participate in decisions regarding technical approach, cost, and scheduling performance
- Provide technical direction and development on the scope of work, detailed and on-going schedule input, and budgets for the assigned project

- Mitigate project risk
- Manage scope, identify and document changes in scope, and identify amendments for changes
- Participate in construction support activities including responses to requests for information (RFIs), submittal reviews, construction site visits, and
design revisions/management of change
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related
- 6+ years of experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Proficient using Microsoft Office tools

- At Fidelity Personal Investing (PI), we are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to drive end-to-end solution architecture for Wealth Management business domain. In this role, you will work directly with product teams across the retail investing space (brokerage accounts, managed services, banking services, etc) and the workplace investing space (401ks, health-insurance related accounts, etc) to design solutions that meet business priorities and initiatives.
- The Role
- This role will be a very hands-on role driving the overall technical and solutions architecture. You will be responsible for all aspects of the solution architecture, from security to data strategy, and work closely with all areas of engineering to best align architecture. You will collaboratively work across other product areas and multiple business units influencing and driving the digital modernization efforts within.
- In general, we are looking for a solid Solutions Architect that can lead and drive the end-to-end architecture of multiple teams in a complex space.
- The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- The following is a selection of skills (but not a hard list of requirements) that will help you thrive in this role:
- Proven experience in architecture, including scalability, resilience, security, and data architecture.
- Experienced in engineering web and mobile applications end to end, with a focus on customer experience, scale, security, and performance
- Proficient in Cloud Architecture, Services, and Patterns
- Experience in DevSecOps and authoring CI/CD automation
- Deep understanding of well architected framework implementation in Enterprise: Operation Excellent, Security, Reliability, Performance Efficiency and Cost optimization.
- Strong understanding of Domain Driven Design and the ability to apply it to new domains.
- Proven experience developing systems based on patterns of microservices
- Experience building highly scalable architecture to support Omnichannel experience platforms
