Responsibilities:
- To assume the lead role of ILS manager for the assigned projects.
- To lead a team of ILS engineers in designing and implementation of the plan for delivering technical publications and ILS data to customer and ensure completeness and accuracy of the deliverables.
- To lead the team in design and implementation of the ILS plan for delivering training on maintenance works to customer
- To lead the team in determining of spares required and subsequently arranging for purchase and delivery to customer
- To constantly conceptualize and implement process optimization for better efficiency in execution of schedules.
- To manage the ILS activities in accordance to QPM for ILS Management Plan (ILSMP)
Responsibilities:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering related
- Knowledge and Work experience in marine related vessel maintenance management projects or programs
- At least 8 years of relevant experience is required
- Possess managerial experience to manage of team of 3 to 5 senior engineers
- Possess project management experience, include running mutliple projects concurrently
- Possesss good stakeholders management experience to front both internal and external stakeholders
- Prior knowledge of MINDEF ILS methodology will be an advantage
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Good written, verbal communication skills in English is required
- Knowledge of maintenance planning software and methodology is desirable
- Able to go on board vessels occassionally when required
- Open to Singapore Citizens Only

- Location: Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)
- 5 days work week
- Working Hours: 7.25am-5pm
