Renovation Technician

Experienced Rough Carpenter/Construction candidates wanted for large-scale residential renovation projects.

Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of the Lewis Group of Companies, one of the nation’s largest real estate developers, seeks an experienced candidate with rough carpentry experience for small to large-scale apartment renovation projects in the Inland Empire area.

This is a full-time position, working Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, with an hourly range of $23+/hour DOE. Training and all tools will be provided.

To be successful, candidates should have solid skills in:

• Rough carpentry, including framing, siding, and decking
• Construction work for exterior renovations
• Water damage repair
• Basic electrical, welding, and plumbing experience.

Please NOTE: Candidates must have good transportation, valid license, and have previous experience with basic tools. Background and drug-screen will be required at hire. Other requirements include:
Moving and transporting heavy objects, as needed

• Bending/stooping/walking repeatedly over time and throughout your community.
• Ascend/descend stairs and ladders as required.
• Ability to exchange information and communicate with Company employees and the general public by speaking/reading/writing English.
