Executive (Multimedia Designer), People & Organisation Development (Digital Enablers)

Broad Function
The Multimedia Designer is responsible for the day-to-day graphic design, photography and videography in different print and digital platform for both online training programmes and internal communications.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
 Specific

• Work closely with Instructional Designer and SME to design, and create functional and compelling online learning materials using graphics, audio, animations, and videos that infuse interactive or gamification elements
• Create and design infographics, electronic direct mail (EDM) and creative visual posters to convey complex concepts for online learning and department events
• Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that the visual design communicates the desired message
• Perform audio and video production
• Update the Intranet, and department online collaborative platform (WORKPLACE) periodically
• Collaborate with Corp Comms department to ideate and develop Social-first content for corporate events/initiatives to enhance and align goals

Job Requirements

• University Degree in Media, Visual Communication, and Multimedia Production
• At least 3-5 years working experience in e-learning and digital content design as well as creating content across social media platforms is preferred
• Good knowledge in online learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or equivalent
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud software, in particular Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro
• Experience in audio/video production with a strong understanding of production equipment will be an added advantage
• Excellent visual design skills, including a clear grasp of typography, layout, colour, motion and behaviour
• Candidate to provide portfolio and/or links to social media works to view credential
• Good communications, interpersonal skills and strong team player who can work across teams to ideate, and able to work independently to manage workflow and meet deadlines
